The tracking number will be provided to the email address of the person ordering the gifts/products when the package is picked up from us.Β

Can you order more than one gift box in an order?
You can order as many gifts as you like to the same address in the same order.
Please place a separate order for each gift if they are going to different addresses.
If you have a bulk lot of gifts to order, the easiest way is to email the list to us and we'll invoice you (it's much easier for you!)

Other info
We can deliver to PO boxes.
We will do everythingΒ we can to make sure your gift arrives on time, we cannot guarantee arrival on a particular date, especially if not enough time has been allowed for the courier.Β
If you have provided us with anΒ incorrect or incomplete address, the parcel may be returned to us and another shipping fee will need to be paid. If the parcel is left by the courier at the incorrect address (provided by yourself) then unfortunately, we have no way of retrieving this. If the mistake is ours, we will rectify this as soon as possible to ensure the gift arrives at the right place.Β

Cancellations and damages
Once an order has been picked up by the courier, it can't be cancelled as we have no way of retrieving the item back from the courier.Β
If your parcel arrives damaged this must be reported within 24hrs. All original packaging must also be kept and photos sent to us. This is so we can make a claim on your behalf with the courier and arrange a replacement if the claim is successful.Β
